MatchGrid — App Links for SHARED HOSTING (many domains)
=========================================================

YOUR HOSTING LAYOUT
-------------------
Each domain has its own folder, e.g.:
matchgridlive.xyz/ <-- THIS is where you extract the ZIP
  adneutral.link/
  otherdomain.com/

Do NOT extract into public_html unless matchgridlive.xyz IS public_html.

STEP BY STEP
------------
1. cPanel → File Manager
2. Find folder named exactly for your domain (often):
      matchgridlive.xyz
   or domains/matchgridlive.xyz/public_html
Tip: cPanel → Domains → matchgridlive.xyz → read "Document Root" path
3. OPEN that folder (you should see index.html or empty — your site files)
4. Upload: matchgridlive-app-links.zip
5. Extract HERE (inside matchgridlive.xyz folder only)
6. cPanel → Settings (top right) → tick "Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)"
7. You must see:
      matchgridlive.xyz/.well-known/assetlinks.json
      matchgridlive.xyz/CHECK_FOLDER.txt

TEST (in this order)
--------------------
A) https://matchgridlive.xyz/CHECK_FOLDER.txt
→ If FAIL: wrong folder or DNS/SSL problem (see below)

B) https://matchgridlive.xyz/.well-known/assetlinks.json
→ Must show JSON starting with [

C) Play Console → Deep links → Re-verify

IF CHECK_FOLDER.txt WORKS BUT assetlinks.json FAILS
---------------------------------------------------
- Hidden folder missing: re-upload .well-known folder with dotfiles visible
- File named assetlinks.json.txt by Windows — rename to assetlinks.json
- Permissions: files 644, folders 755

IF BOTH URLS FAIL (404 / timeout / SSL error)
---------------------------------------------
- Wrong document root — use cPanel Domains → Document Root
- Domain DNS not pointing to this hosting
- SSL certificate not installed for matchgridlive.xyz (use AutoSSL in cPanel)
- Try: http://matchgridlive.xyz/CHECK_FOLDER.txt (if HTTPS not ready)

STILL STUCK?
------------
Send your host support this exact request:
"Please confirm the document root for matchgridlive.xyz and ensure
https://matchgridlive.xyz/.well-known/assetlinks.json is publicly
accessible with Content-Type application/json."
